You agree NOT to use Empower Cove for any of the following purposes:
Clinical & Ethical Violations
- Providing therapy or mental health services without proper licensure
- Dual relationships or conflicts of interest with clients
- Breach of confidentiality or client privacy
- Sexual, romantic, or exploitative relationships with current or former clients
- Discrimination based on protected characteristics (race, gender, sexual orientation, disability, etc.)
- Practicing outside your scope of competence or training
Legal & Technical Violations
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data
- Hacking, malware, or reverse-engineering of Empower Cove's software
- Denial-of-service attacks or any disruption of Service
- Spam, phishing, or social engineering
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations
- Using the Service for illegal purposes (fraud, extortion, harassment, etc.)
Privacy & Data Violations
- Unauthorized sharing of client data with third parties
- Using client data for marketing or research without consent
- Storing data outside Empower Cove in non-secure locations
- Taking screenshots or exporting data for non-clinical purposes
Consequences of Violation: Any violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your account, without refund, and may expose you to civil or criminal liability.
